Duane Enoch (left) and Daniel Pitman shown turned an existing, 6,300-square-foot residence in Brentwood, Tennessee, into their dream home by converting a 2,400-square-foot, unfinished basement into separate, but spacious accommodations for Enoch's aunt and grandmother.
